Terms of Service
Last updated: October 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Michu Space websites, APIs, and mobile apps (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. The platform
Michu Space connects guests looking to book creative spaces with hosts who list studios and related equipment. Michu Space is a marketplace platform and is not a party to the rental contract between guest and host, except where we expressly state otherwise (for example, payment processing facilitation).
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. Bookings and payments
Booking requests, pricing, cancellation rules, and house rules are set by hosts and shown at booking time. Fees and taxes (if any) are presented before you confirm. Payments are processed by our payment partners. Refunds follow the applicable cancellation policy for the listing and booking status.
4. Hosts
Hosts must have authority to list a space, provide accurate descriptions and photos, honor confirmed bookings, and comply with local laws and safety requirements. Michu Space may remove listings that are misleading, unsafe, or unlawful.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Services, scrape data without permission, interfere with security, harass others, or use listings for illegal activity. Reviews must be honest and based on real experiences.
6. Intellectual property
Michu Space branding, software, and content we provide are owned by Michu Space or our licensors. Listing content remains owned by the host, who grants us a license to display it to operate the Services.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Michu Space disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the marketplace or interactions between users.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
